Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or delivery address.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and customized orders cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items with free shipping will have a portion of the total price retained for shipping fees. ie, if your item cost $150 you may only receive a $100 refund even after you return the item. This is to factor in the original cost of shipping. Actual prices may vary and will be calculated on a case by case basis.
The actual time it takes for the returned item will vary according to your geographical location.
When shipping return items, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot be held responsible for any items held by customs, damaged due to natural disasters or environmental factors of any sort, items which didn't arrive due to incorrect information provided to us or any other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be possible if such situations occur.
