Returns


Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or delivery address. Get in touch with us first via email; contact@onlinecyclingjerseys.com and we’ll arrange for you to return your items to a nearby location. You cover the return costs and we’ll cover the re-issuing costs.

Customized items (if applicable) 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, customized orders cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

Any instances where the address given to us is incorrect will not be eligible for a refund and as a buyer, you accept full responsibility for the information provided to us.

Items that show up on the delivery report as being delivered will be considered as such. Any further claims owing but not limited to theft from your property, wrong delivery addresses, stuck at collection depot, unintended recipients etc will not be admissible for refunds. 

All orders which are marked as delivered on the shipping documentation will be considered as such. By purchasing from us, you agree to get in touch with us before requesting a refund and waive any rights to a refund should you open a dispute without first attempting to remedy the situation directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items with free shipping may have a portion of the total price retained for shipping fees. ie, if your item costs $150 you may only receive a $100 refund even after you return the item. This is to factor in the original cost of shipping. Actual prices may vary and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for any items held by customs, damaged due to natural disasters or environmental factors of any sort, items that didn’t arrive due to incorrect information provided to us or any other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be possible if such situations occur.
